Damaged Product Return POLICY

We do not provide refunds for any reason, however, If your product is damaged in shipping, please send us a picture of the damage within 5 days of receipt. We work hard to package our shipments with care so they arrive intact, but once the packages leave our care, we can’t control how the packages are treated. We will, however, happily replace the damaged product at no additional charge to you!

No need to ship the damaged goods back to us, just discard any broken glass carefully.
